Common questions

How do I steer the story?

When a scene ends, move left or right with the remote and press Select. To add your own idea, pick Something else, then press and hold the microphone button on the remote and say it, or type it.

What are Sparks?

The daily stories are free. Scenes filmed only for your family, like your own ideas and the path that follows them, use one Spark each. Your first custom scene is free. Choices that cost a Spark are marked 1 Spark.

A scene did not play

Check your internet connection and try the other choice. If a scene could not be filmed, no Spark is used.

I saw something that should not be there

Press Back to open the pause menu and choose Report this scene, or email us with the share link. We remove reported scenes quickly.

Delete my data

Contact [email protected] with a share link and we will delete your stories.
